Data Union Capital International Holdings Group Limited (stock code: 8375) announced the appointment of Mr. Heung Ka Lok as its chief financial officer, effective 13 November 2025.

According to the announcement, Mr. Heung, aged 44, has more than two decades of experience in accounting, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, ESG, and company secretarial matters. Before joining the Group as a financial consultant in August 2025, he served as an executive director and the financial controller of Janco Holdings Limited (stock code: 8035) from October 2022 to November 2024. Earlier roles included senior finance positions at Janco Global Logistics Limited, private companies, and Hsin Chong Group Holdings Limited, as well as audit experience at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu. He is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, an associate member of both The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute and The Chartered Governance Institute, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accountancy alongside a Master of Corporate Governance from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. The Board offered congratulations to Mr. Heung on his new role.
