TRADEGO (Stock Code: 08017) announced that it has signed a termination agreement with Eqrrwa Technology Holding Pte. Ltd. on 8 June 2026, formally cancelling the share transaction disclosed on 5 June 2026 for the proposed acquisition of an equity interest in Eqrrwa Technology Holding.

The company stated that the decision followed arm’s-length negotiations between both parties and confirmed that ending the deal will not have a material impact on the overall operations of the TRADEGO group.

The board is chaired by Executive Director LIU Yong, with the announcement signed and released in Hong Kong on 8 June 2026.
