Hua Hong Semiconductor Limited (stock code: 01347) announced that, effective October 31, 2025, Mr. Peng Bai, currently an executive director and president, will assume additional roles as chairman of the board, chairman of the nomination committee, and authorised representative. He will continue serving as president.

Meanwhile, Mr. Junjun Tang has resigned from his positions as executive director, chairman of the board, chairman of the nomination committee, and authorised representative.
