China Mobile Limited (China Mobile) announced that its Board of Directors has proposed a final dividend of HK$2.52 per share, before withholding tax, for the financial year ended 31 December 2025. The distribution remains subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting scheduled for 21 May 2026.

To determine shareholder eligibility to attend and vote at the AGM, the register of members for Hong Kong–listed shares will close from 18 May 2026 to 21 May 2026, with share transfer documents required by 4:30 p.m. on 15 May 2026. For dividend entitlement, the register will be closed from 9 June 2026 to 11 June 2026, and transfers must be lodged by 4:30 p.m. on 8 June 2026.

Subject to approval, the final dividend will be paid on or about 24 June 2026 to shareholders on record as of 11 June 2026.

In line with PRC tax regulations, China Mobile will withhold and remit a 10 % enterprise income tax on dividends distributed to non-resident enterprise shareholders, including HKSCC Nominees and other institutional holders. Individual shareholders will not be subject to withholding. PRC resident enterprises seeking exemption must submit the requisite tax authority documentation to the company’s Hong Kong share registrar by 8 June 2026.

Investors holding Hong Kong shares through Shanghai-Hong Kong or Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect will receive dividends via HKSCC after the 10 % enterprise income tax deduction.
