UBOX ONLINE Repurchases 17,000 H Shares for HKD32,038; Treasury Stock Climbs to 9.06 Million

Beijing UBOX Online Technology Corp. disclosed that on 4 September 2026 it repurchased 17,000 H shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging from HKD 1.88 to HKD 1.885 per share, for a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 1.8846. The total consideration amounted to HKD 32,037.50.

Following the transaction, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) decreased marginally to 978.12 million shares, down 0.0017% from 978.14 million on 3 September 2026. Treasury shares rose to 9.06 million, while total issued shares remained unchanged at 987.18 million because the repurchased shares have been retained in treasury rather than cancelled.

The buyback forms part of the mandate approved on 28 May 2026, which authorises UBOX ONLINE to repurchase up to 94.65 million shares. Cumulative purchases under this mandate now stand at 9.06 million shares, representing 0.96% of the company’s issued shares as of the mandate date.

A 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share sales runs until 4 October 2026, in accordance with Hong Kong listing rules.
