Impro Precision Industries Limited announced a leadership reshuffle effective 1 July 2026. Executive Director and Sustainability Committee member Zhu Liwei has resigned to concentrate on expanding the Group’s Aerotek Business Unit. Zhu will continue as executive director and co-CEO of subsidiary Impro Aerotek Limited.

Concurrent with the resignation, Zhang Yong Feng has been appointed Executive Director and will take Zhu’s seat on the Sustainability Committee. Zhang, 38, joined the Group in 2009 and currently oversees daily operations at Plant 6 (Impro Industries Yixing) and Plant 7 (Impro Industrial Taizhou). He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Design, Manufacturing and Automation from Northwest A&F University.

Zhang has signed a three-year service agreement subject to standard rotation and re-election rules. Annual remuneration is set at HK$0.32 million, determined by the Board’s remuneration committee with reference to market benchmarks and his responsibilities.

Following these changes, Impro Precision’s Board comprises four executive directors—Lu Ruibo, Yu Yuepeng, Wang Dong, and Zhang Yong Feng—alongside three independent non-executive directors: Dr. Yen Gordon, Lee Siu Ming, and Chow Lok Mei Ki Cindy.
