Weimob Inc. (the “Company,” together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) formally announced a cooperation agreement with Douyin Group’s comprehensive digital marketing platform, Ocean Engine. According to the announcement, Shanghai Mengyao Weimob Information Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the Group, has become the integrated agent of Ocean Engine’s advertising business and the service provider of Juliang Qianchuan. The term of this license runs from 26 September 2025 to 31 December 2025.

The Group plans to leverage its AI technology capabilities, established sales channels, and substantial customer base to further expand its advertising share within Ocean Engine. The announcement highlights efforts to drive additional revenue and profit growth in marketing, while also seeking broader cooperation opportunities in other business segments.

The Group indicates that it will continue exploring diverse platform channels to strengthen business development. The announcement also states that Ocean Engine and its ultimate beneficial owner are independent of Weimob Inc.
