CQRC BANK (03618) has announced the appointment of Mr. Ma Bao, Mr. Dong Bin, and Mr. Yuan Gang as non-executive directors, effective from December 11, 2025, until the end of the current board term. The bank will convene a board meeting shortly to assign them roles in the board's specialized committees.

Additionally, the board recently received the resignation of Mr. Zhang Qiaoyun, an independent non-executive director. Having served for six years, Mr. Zhang stepped down in compliance with regulatory requirements on the tenure of independent non-executive directors. His resignation covers all positions, including independent non-executive director, chairman of the Nomination Committee, and member of the Strategic Development, Risk Management, Audit, and Consumer Rights Protection Committees. His departure took effect on December 11, 2025.
