GT GOLD (HKEX: 08299) has announced the allotment and issuance of 676 million consideration shares.

The issuance was completed on June 29, 2026, pursuant to a share purchase agreement dated March 30, 2026, for the acquisition of a target company.

The shares were issued under a specific mandate granted to the company.
