On September 29, a financial frontline report stated that JD Allianz Property & Casualty Insurance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "JD Allianz P&C") recently announced that the company's General Manager and Chief Compliance Officer, Mr. LIANG HAI JIAN (Liang Haijian), has submitted a written resignation to the board of directors. He will cease to hold the above positions starting from October 16, 2026.

According to a board resolution, Chen Donghui will serve as the company's interim head from the same date, exercising the powers of the General Manager. The cumulative interim term shall not exceed six months.
