Sunho Biologics Suspends Trading Pending 2025 Annual Results

Sunho Biologics, Inc. announced that trading in its shares on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong has been halted at the company’s request from 9:00 a.m. on 1 April 2026.

The suspension follows earlier notices dated 27 March 2026 and 30 March 2026, which disclosed a delay in publishing the firm’s audited 2025 annual results and the postponement of the corresponding board meeting.

Trading will remain suspended until Sunho Biologics releases the outstanding 2025 annual results announcement.

As of the suspension date, the board comprises Executive Directors Mr. Zhang Feng (Chairman) and Ms. Jiang Xiaoling; Non-Executive Director Mr. Fan Rongkui; and Independent Non-Executive Directors Mr. Chan Heung Wing Anthony, Ms. Feng Lan and Mr. Shi Luwen.
