Goldstone Capital Group Limited announced that, effective 2 February 2026, Ms. Xiao Ruimei has been appointed as an independent non-executive director. She will also serve as the chairman of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Audit Committee and the Nomination Committee.

Ms. Xiao, aged 61, holds a Bachelor of Laws from Renmin University of China and a Master of Business Administration from Guanghua School of Management at Peking University. Her previous experience includes senior media and editorial roles at China News Service and Economic Observers, as well as visiting scholar appointments at Peking University and Columbia University. She will serve an initial three-year term and receive an annual remuneration of HK$120,000.

Following this appointment, the company has fully complied with the requirements set out under Rules 3.10(1), 3.10A, 3.21, and 3.25 of the Listing Rules.
