ECI Technology Holdings Limited (ECI), incorporated in the Cayman Islands and listed on the GEM of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, issued an updated company information sheet dated 30 January 2026. ECI’s shares (Stock Code: 8013) were initially listed on 10 March 2017.

ECI currently has 1.6 billion ordinary shares in issue, each with a par value of HK$0.01. Key substantial shareholders include Mr. Yang Shuo with a 20% stake (320 million shares), as well as ECI Asia Investment Limited holding 55% (880 million shares). Under Part XV of the Securities and Futures Ordinance, Dr. Ng Tai Wing is deemed interested in ECI Asia’s 55% stake, while Ms. Wong Tsz Man is deemed interested in the same stake as Dr. Ng’s spouse.

ECI’s executive board members are Dr. Ng Tai Wing, Mr. Law Wing Chong, and Ms. Wong Tsz Man. The independent non-executive directors are Mr. Hui Chun Ho Eric, Mr. Sung Wai Tak Herman, Dr. Chow Kin San, and Dr. Luk Che Chung, JP. Its principal business involves the installation and maintenance of various systems, including security, car park, clubhouse management, and telecommunications and broadcasting service systems.

According to the announcement, ECI’s head office and principal place of business is located in Kowloon, Hong Kong. Its financial year ends on 31 August. The update also confirms the Hong Kong branch share registrar and transfer office, along with the principal share registrar in the Cayman Islands. No other securities or warrants are currently in issue. ECI states that this information sheet was prepared to fulfill requirements under the GEM Listing Rules and confirms no other listings on the Main Board or other exchanges.
