SITOY GROUP (01023) announced its full-year results for the year ended June 30, 2025, recording revenue of HK$1.584 billion, a decrease of 1.38% year-on-year. The company reported a shareholder loss of HK$178 million, compared to a profit of HK$102 million in the same period last year. Basic loss per share was HK$0.185. The company declared a special dividend of HK$0.04 per share for the year.

The group's annual loss was primarily attributed to a significant decrease in fair value of investment properties by approximately HK$109 million, and a one-time substantial loss of approximately HK$83.6 million arising from the termination of the Cole Haan business.
