The board of BANK OF GUIZHOU (06199) has announced the appointment of Mr. Yang Hongjun as its new chairman.

At the 2025 annual general meeting held on June 30, 2026, shareholders reviewed and approved a proposal to appoint Mr. Yang as an executive director of the bank's fourth-term board of directors.

Following this approval, Mr. Yang was elected as the chairman of the board during a board meeting held on the same date.

His tenure as chairman will commence upon receiving the necessary approval from the Guizhou Local Office of the National Financial Regulatory Administration and will last until the conclusion of the fourth-term board's service period.
