Modern Dental Group Limited (stock code: 3600) announced a grant of share options on 28 November 2025. A total of 23,250,000 ordinary shares at an exercise price of HK$5.11 per share was approved, based on the closing price on the grant date and the average closing price of the five preceding business days.

The options will vest in nine tranches over nine years, with 10% vesting on each of the first eight anniversaries and the remaining 20% vesting on the ninth anniversary. The exercise period for any vested options is 10 years from the grant date. No performance targets were specified, although the Remuneration Committee of Modern Dental Group Limited considered the past performance of the grantees.

Among the grantees, the executive directors and certain senior personnel received an aggregate of 22,320,000 share options, while an employee received 930,000. The arrangement does not include any financial assistance for the grantees. After this grant, 76,750,000 shares remain available under the Share Option Scheme.
