SUNNY OPTICAL: UBS Group AG Disposes of Shares, Long Position Falls to 4.85%

On September 22, 2026, UBS Group AG reduced its holding in SUNNY OPTICAL (02382) from 58.09 million shares to 53.14 million shares due to the early expiry of physically settled derivatives. The transaction was not a direct on-market dealing.

Prior to the disposal, UBS Group AG's long position in SUNNY OPTICAL was 58.09 million shares, representing 5.31%; following the disposal, the holding changed to 53.14 million shares, with the long position ratio falling to 4.85%.
