Standard Chartered PLC (STANCHART, 02888) has announced a change in major shareholding based on a notification received on 4 March 2026. Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited’s voting rights in Standard Chartered PLC rose from 17.00% to 18.01% on 2 March 2026, amounting to 405.30 million shares. According to the announcement, 405.16 million shares are held through Dover Investments Pte. Ltd., an indirect, wholly owned subsidiary of Temasek Holdings, while an additional 0.15 million shares are held through SeaTown New Reality Asia Master Fund. Both holdings are ultimately controlled by Temasek Holdings via a chain of wholly owned subsidiaries.
