Many Idea Cloud Holdings Limited announced board changes effective 17 April 2026.

The company appointed Mr. Hoi Kim Chon, aged 50, as a non-executive director for a three-year term. Mr. Hoi brings more than 20 years of international capital-markets, commodities trading, and cross-border M&A experience. His annual director’s fee is set at HK$0.12 million, aligned with market benchmarks for similar roles. He will stand for re-election at the forthcoming annual general meeting and thereafter be subject to triennial rotation pursuant to the company’s Articles and Hong Kong Listing Rules.

Concurrently, Ms. Liu Hong resigned from her position as executive director due to other business commitments. She confirmed no outstanding claims against the company and no disagreements with the board.

Following these changes, the board comprises five executive directors, one non-executive director, and four independent non-executive directors.
