On the morning of September 26, District Party Secretary Zhang Guanghui led a team to conduct on-site inspections of the construction progress at the Shaoguan Data Center Cluster Starting Zone Expansion Area (Longgui Area) (hereinafter referred to as the "Longgui Area Project") and the Wujiang District Elderly Care Service Center, and also visited and expressed appreciation to workers who were toiling diligently on the front lines during the holiday.

Deputy District Mayor He Lifang, along with principal responsible officials from Longgui Town and relevant district departments, participated in the inspection.

At the construction site of the Longgui Area Project, Zhang Guanghui and his delegation went deep into the work area to inspect on-site conditions including mountain blasting, mining pit dredging, earthwork leveling, and cross-construction operations. They carefully listened to reports from the project task force and construction units regarding construction progress, schedule arrangements, and element guarantees.

Zhang Guanghui pointed out that it is necessary to seize the golden period for construction, work backward from deadlines, scientifically allocate construction forces, and ensure that all projects advance efficiently according to time nodes. It is important to take the initiative, coordinate and collaborate, precisely resolve bottlenecks in element guarantees such as land use and approvals, gather strong synergy to drive project construction, and support high-quality development with high-quality project construction.

Currently, the Longgui Area Project has achieved non-stop construction of key projects during the Mid-Autumn Festival holiday, racing against time to catch up on progress. On average, more than 110 pieces of large machinery and 150 construction workers are deployed on-site daily, implementing 18-hour rotating shifts for uninterrupted攻坚. As the "number one project" of Wujiang District, all responsible units are employing hard measures and practical methods such as "quantifying progress to the day and assigning responsibility to the individual" to fully promote project construction. They have scientifically delineated blasting operation areas, earthwork excavation areas, backfill compaction areas, and spoil transport areas, achieving spatial non-interference and seamless temporal connection between different procedures, fully seizing the construction "golden period," and laying a solid foundation for the project's subsequent infrastructure construction and industrial landing.

Subsequently, Zhang Guanghui and his delegation arrived at the Wujiang District Elderly Care Service Center, where they conducted an on-site inspection of the construction of various supporting facilities and gained a detailed understanding of bed planning, integrated medical and elderly care, and operational preparations.

Zhang Guanghui emphasized the need to promote the expansion and quality improvement of elderly care services, further perfect functional facilities, optimize spatial layout, and enhance meal nutrition, providing elderly people with higher quality and warmer services. It is necessary to optimize the supply of basic elderly care services, better meet the multi-level and diversified elderly care needs of senior citizens, and ensure that the elderly have care, support, enjoyment, and peace of mind in their old age.
