Mr. Wu Jianlong has resigned from his positions as Independent Non-Executive Director, Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, and member of both the Audit Committee and the Nomination Committee. Mr. Ma Guohua has been appointed as the new Independent Non-Executive Director, Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, and a member of both the Audit Committee and the Nomination Committee.
