Cambridge Industries Group (06166) Witnesses Position Shift Totaling HK$364 Million, Representing 3.59% Stake Transfer From BNP Paribas

Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited's latest filings reveal a notable position adjustment for CIG (06166) on September 16, with a total transfer market value reaching HK$364 million, accounting for 3.59% of the company's shares. The movement involved a shareholder transferring 1.5812 million shares into Citibank while simultaneously moving 2.572 million shares out of BNP Paribas.

During a recent investor relations event held by CIG, Chairman Huang Gang provided updates on the company's research and product development pipeline. In the pluggable module segment, the 800G products have successfully passed certification with multiple major clients and are now shipping in volume, while the 1.6T products are expected to enter mass production in the second half of this year. The 3.2T products are progressing according to the planned roadmap.

Regarding current pricing, the 800G modules are priced in the range of $300 to $380 per unit, with an average of approximately $350. Looking ahead, the annual price reduction is anticipated to be relatively moderate in the foreseeable future.
