According to the notice, the AGM will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, 2 September 2026 in the Conference Room, 2/F, Cheung Chau Warwick Hotel, East Bay, Hong Kong.

Non-registered shareholders are encouraged to supply functional e-mail addresses to their respective bank, broker, custodian or nominee to facilitate electronic receipt of future corporate communications. If no e-mail or postal address is provided through Hong Kong Securities Clearing Company Limited, no further notification letters regarding the availability of corporate communications will be dispatched.

Shareholders preferring hard-copy versions of the current or future corporate communications may complete and return the request form to the company’s share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, using the provided postage-paid envelope.
