Industrial and commercial registration in Wuxi was completed on 15 April 2026, with the Hong Kong Certificate of Registration of Alteration issued on 28 April 2026.

Key changes are as follows:

1. Corporate Identity • Chinese name: changed from “慧居科技股份有限公司” to “江蘇雙良睿能能源股份有限公司”. • English name: changed from “Wise Living Technology Co., Ltd” to “SL Gemini Energy Co., Ltd”.

2. Stock Market Details • Stock short name on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange will be updated from “慧居科技” to “雙良睿能” in Chinese and from “WISE LIVING TEC” to “SL GEMINI” in English, effective 9:00 a.m. on 22 May 2026. • Stock code remains unchanged at 2481.

3. Shareholder Impact • Existing share certificates bearing the former company name remain valid for trading, settlement, registration and delivery. • No free exchange of share certificates will be arranged; new share certificates issued on or after 22 May 2026 will display the updated company name.

The name change has no impact on shareholder rights, daily operations or the financial position of the company.
