HKR INT'L (00480) announced that Ms. Yan Wenying has resigned from her positions as an executive director of the company and all other roles within the group, effective March 2, 2026, as she has decided to dedicate more time to her personal affairs.

Following Ms. Yan's resignation, and in accordance with Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited's Securities Listing Rules, Mr. Li Yuguang, an executive director of the company, will be appointed as the company's alternate authorized representative effective March 2, 2026, to fill the vacancy created by her departure.
