Fufeng Group buys back 143,000 shares on 10 July; year-to-date repurchases reach 489,000 shares, or 0.02% of share capital

Hong Kong-listed Fufeng Group disclosed that it repurchased 143,000 ordinary shares on 10 July 2026 via on-market transactions at prices ranging from HKD 4.76 to HKD 4.80, for a total consideration of HKD 0.68 million.

Including previous buybacks carried out between 18 June and 9 July, the company has repurchased 489,000 shares—equivalent to 0.02% of the 2.51 billion issued shares approved at the 29 May 2026 annual general meeting. The aggregate cost of these six tranches is approximately HKD 2.31 million, based on the volume-weighted prices disclosed.

All 489,000 shares are earmarked for cancellation and have not yet been removed from the share register; therefore, the issued share capital stood unchanged at 2,507,346,037 shares as at 10 July 2026.

Under the existing mandate, Fufeng Group is authorised to repurchase up to 250.73 million shares. Following the latest transaction, 0.19% of the mandate has been utilised. In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, the company is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share sales until 9 August 2026.
