On 20 October 2025, in connection with a proposed privatisation by way of scheme of arrangement, the Executive received a disclosure under Rule 22 of the Hong Kong Code on Takeovers and Mergers regarding dealings in the shares of ENN ENERGY HOLDINGS LTD. The submission indicates that BlackRock, Inc. sold 206,283 shares at US$65.3500 per share.

Following this transaction, BlackRock, Inc. and any party with whom it has an agreement or understanding hold 53,065,699 shares, representing approximately 4.6909% of ENN ENERGY HOLDINGS LTD. BlackRock, Inc. is classified as a Class (6) associate of the offeree company based on its shareholdings. All dealings, executed on the US exchange, were made for the account of discretionary investment clients.
