NEW CONCEPTS (02221) announced that on December 23, 2025 (after trading hours on the Stock Exchange), the company entered into a subscription agreement with subscribers (Beijing Xiangyi Asset Management Co., Ltd., Bayannur Xuchuang Energy Co., Ltd., Hainan Langsheng Metal Resources Co., Ltd., and Zhuhai Hengqin Jiujia Project Management Enterprise (Limited Partnership)). The agreement involves issuing a total of 34.24 million subscription shares at HK$1.0 per share, representing a premium of approximately 6.38% over the closing price of HK$0.94 per share on the subscription agreement date. The net proceeds of approximately HK$34.11 million will be allocated as follows: HK$24.5 million for repaying overdue bonds and lease, rental, and other payables due within three months from the announcement date, and HK$13.6 million for general working capital purposes.
