According to the monthly return for the period ended 30 November 2025, China Greenland Broad Greenstate Group Company Limited (01253) implemented a share consolidation on 11 November 2025. Every 10 issued and unissued ordinary shares of par value HK$0.025 each were consolidated into 1 share of par value HK$0.25 each. The approval date for the share consolidation was 7 November 2025.
