Fulu Holdings reported that, as of October 31, 2025, it maintained an authorized share capital of 1,000,000,000 ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.0001, amounting to a total of USD 100,000. No changes occurred in the authorized share capital during October.

The number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) remained at 406,020,887, with 2,620,000 treasury shares recorded, resulting in a total of 408,640,887 issued shares. No movements were noted during the month.

Under the 2021 Share Incentive Scheme – restricted share units, there were no new share issuances or any transfer of treasury shares in October.
