Mian County, Shaanxi Province, hosted a special job fair on the morning of July 31st, aimed at enhancing employment services for university graduates and broadening career pathways for young job seekers. The event was organized by the local Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.

Ten high-quality local enterprises in Mian County, alongside the highly anticipated Xi'an-based Byd Company Limited, set up recruitment booths at the venue, offering a total of 413 positions. The job listings included roles in modern service industries such as education, training, business, and finance, as well as more technical positions like production, manufacturing, and operations provided by Byd Company Limited.

Company recruiters patiently provided detailed introductions to their enterprises' development status, job responsibilities, and labor needs, screening suitable candidates through face-to-face interactions. The booth for Byd Company Limited was particularly crowded, with recruitment staff distributing flyers containing information on the addresses of the company's various industrial parks in Xi'an and employee benefits, while carefully explaining salary structures and career advancement paths.

The venue was bustling yet orderly, with a steady stream of young job seekers coming in for consultations. Over 220 applicants from towns and villages across the county, as well as the surrounding urban area, moved between the booths, carefully reviewing job descriptions and inquiring about salary, work environment, career development opportunities, and social insurance payments. Among them were recent graduates returning from universities inside and outside the province, still showing some shyness and anticipation, as well as earlier graduates who had come seeking a career change before the peak recruitment season of "golden September and silver October."

The lively atmosphere was not limited to the recruitment area. A long line also formed at the policy consultation service counter. Staff from the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau acted as "employment butlers," personally guiding university graduates to log into online job platforms and explaining a range of policies, including file transfers, social insurance fee payments, and startup subsidies. From job matching to policy Q&A, and from career planning to intention signing, the entire event was conducted with an efficient and pragmatic pace.
