Qyuns Therapeutics Repurchases 69,400 H-Shares, Treasury Stock Rises to 3.43 Million

Hong Kong—Qyuns Therapeutics (QYUNS-B) disclosed that on 09 June 2026 it bought back 69,400 H-shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, executing the transaction under its existing share-repurchase mandate.

The shares were repurchased at prices ranging from HKD 14.75 to HKD 15.40, with a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 15.12 per share. Aggregate consideration amounted to approximately HKD 1.05 million.

Following the buy-back: • Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) fell 0.031 % to 223.64 million. • Treasury shares increased to 3.43 million, equivalent to about 1.51 % of the total 227.07 million issued shares. • Total issued share capital remained unchanged at 227.07 million shares, as the repurchased shares are being held in treasury and have not been cancelled.

Mandate utilisation: Shareholders approved a repurchase mandate on 29 May 2026 covering up to 22.44 million shares. Including the latest transaction, cumulative repurchases under this mandate total 721,000 shares, or 0.32 % of the company’s issued share capital on the mandate date.

Pursuant to HKEX rules, Qyuns Therapeutics is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or transferring treasury shares until 09 July 2026.
