CREALIGHTS (01191) has announced that the stabilization period for its global offering concluded on Friday, July 24, 2026.

The stabilization actions taken by the stabilization manager, Huatai Financial Holdings (Hong Kong) Limited, or any of its affiliates or persons acting on its behalf, during the stabilization period are as follows:

(i) An overallotment of 2,014,700 H shares was made in the international offering, representing approximately 15.0% of the total number of initially available offer shares under the global offering (before the exercise of any over-allotment option).

(ii) On Wednesday, July 8, 2026, the sole coordinator (on behalf of itself and the international underwriters) fully exercised the over-allotment option for a total of 2,014,700 H shares at a price of HK$114.00 per H share, accounting for approximately 15.0% of the total initially available offer shares under the global offering (before the exercise of the over-allotment option). This was done to facilitate the delivery of H shares to placees who had agreed to defer delivery of their respective H shares subscribed for under the global offering.

During the stabilization period, the stabilization manager did not conduct any market purchases of H shares to stabilize the price.
