CRRC Corporation Limited (stock code: 1766) announced the Board’s approval of the appointment of Mr. Qu Xiaoli as Chief Financial Officer (chief accountant). The appointment was resolved at the seventh meeting of the fourth session of the Board on 28 February 2026. His term of office begins immediately and continues until the end of the current Board session.

According to the announcement, Mr. Qu was born in 1970, is a Chinese citizen, and holds a senior accountant qualification. He has served in various senior finance and management roles, including positions in multiple departments and subsidiaries under China National Materials Group and China National Building Material Group. He is currently a member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and the Chief Financial Officer of CRRC Corporation Limited, as well as a member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of CRRC GROUP Co., Ltd.

The Board also disclosed that the executive directors of CRRC Corporation Limited are Mr. Sun Yongcai and Mr. Wang An, the independent non-executive directors are Mr. Wang Xifeng, Mr. Ngai Ming Tak, Mr. Yang Jiayi, and Mr. Zhang Zhenrong, the non-executive director is Mr. Fan Bing, and the employee director is Ms. Yi Ran.
