Beijing Enterprises Holdings Limited announced on 4 August 2026 that it has published a new set of corporate documents covering:

1) a Circular detailing a Major Transaction and Continuing Connected Transactions relating to the execution of a Financial Services Agreement; 2) the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting; and 3) the accompanying Proxy Form.

Bilingual (English and Chinese) versions of these materials are now available for download under the “Announcement” and “Circular” sections of the Company’s website (www.behl.com.hk) and on the HKEX news website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Non-registered shareholders—those whose shares are held through CCASS—may request hard-copy versions of the current and all future corporate communications by completing the provided Request Form and returning it to Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. Requests can be submitted by post (postage-paid within Hong Kong) or via email to 392-ecom@vistra.com.
