On 23 April 2026, Vedan International (Holdings) Limited announced that its 2025 Annual Report is now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.vedaninternational.com) and the HKEX news portal (www.hkexnews.hk).

The Board recommends shareholders view the report electronically and notes that non-registered holders will receive a notice of publication by email or post, provided their intermediaries have supplied valid contact details.

Shareholders who experience difficulty accessing the online report, or who prefer hard copies, may complete and return the enclosed request form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, to obtain printed versions free of charge.

The registrar’s hotline, +852 2980 1333, is available from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) for any related enquiries.
