CHIFENG GOLD (06693) announced the approval of appointments at an extraordinary general meeting: Mr. Wang Jianhua, Mr. Gao Bo, Ms. Yang Yifang, Mr. Lü Xiaozhao, and Mr. Zhao Qiang as executive directors of the ninth board of directors; Mr. Zhang Xudong as a non-executive director; and Mr. Hu Nailian, Dr. Huang Yiping, Dr. Li Houmin, and Dr. Jiang Qi as independent non-executive directors. The directors' terms will last for three years from the date of approval at the extraordinary general meeting.

The board agreed to appoint Mr. Wang Jianhua as chairman, while Mr. Gao Bo, Ms. Yang Yifang, and Mr. Lü Xiaozhao were named vice chairmen. The ninth board also approved the appointment of Mr. Gao Bo as president.

Ms. Yang Yifang will transition from president to executive director and vice chairwoman, effective October 31, 2025.

Additionally, the board approved the following appointments: 1. Mr. Zhao Qiang as vice president. 2. Mr. Zhou Xinbing as vice president. 3. Mr. Chen Zhiyong as vice president. 4. Mr. Huang Xuebin as vice president and chief financial officer.

Other key appointments include: 1. Mr. Dong Shubao as board secretary. 2. Mr. Huang Xuebin as company secretary (Hong Kong) and authorized representative. 3. Ms. Yang Yifang as authorized representative.

Dr. Huang Yiping (currently an independent non-executive director) has been appointed as the lead independent non-executive director, effective October 31, 2025, to enhance corporate governance standards.
