According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on November 25, a shareholder of DONGFANG ELEC (01072) transferred shares from Merrill Lynch Far East Limited to Citibank, with a transfer value of HK$287 million, accounting for 3.56% of the company's shares.

On November 18, The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. increased its stake in DONGFANG ELEC by purchasing 485,200 shares at HK$20.7115 per share, totaling approximately HK$10.05 million. Following this acquisition, Goldman Sachs' latest shareholding stands at approximately 24.72 million shares, representing a 6.06% stake in the company.
