Beijing Chunlizhengda Medical Instruments Co., Ltd. (Chunli Medical) has announced a final ordinary dividend of RMB1.50 for every 10 shares for the financial year ended 31 December 2025. The distribution was approved at the 26 May 2026 shareholders’ meeting.

Based on the fixed exchange rate of RMB1:HKD1.14516, the payout equals HKD1.7177 per 10 shares for Hong Kong-registered shareholders.

Withholding tax will apply as follows: • Non-resident enterprise shareholders: 10% enterprise income tax. • Non-resident individual shareholders (including Hong Kong and Macau residents and residents of jurisdictions with PRC tax treaties): 10% individual income tax. • Mainland individual investors and mainland securities investment funds holding H shares via Shanghai-Hong Kong or Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect: 20% individual income tax.
