McDonald's China held its second Fan Convention in Shanghai on the morning of December 27, where McDonald's China Chief Growth Officer He Yabin delivered a speech.

He Yabin announced that starting January next year, the "Pick Your Pair" (Suixinpei) value meal will be upgraded, featuring not only a new blue and pink visual design but also, for the first time, the popular Filet-O-Fish.

The upgraded "Pick Your Pair" will offer the Filet-O-Fish and the Gouda Double Cheeseburger, among other meat options, in the blue section. The pink section will introduce three flavors of the McFizz, along with the new additions of freshly brewed iced coffee and a corn cup; these new products will be permanent menu items.
