The group targets a further 6% reduction in electricity intensity in 2026, carbon peaking by 2030 and carbon neutrality by 2060.

Energy management initiatives include ISO 45001-certified operations, an AIoT platform for real-time resource monitoring and a planned 1.7 MW photovoltaic installation in Beijing by 2026. Kingdee Cloud Tower secured LEED v4 BD+C Platinum certification, reflecting the company’s emphasis on green building standards.

On the social front, Kingdee employed 11,294 full-time staff, 34.9% of whom were women, and achieved full training coverage with an average 17.40 training hours per employee. Governance indicators highlight a 42.9% share of independent non-executive directors and 28.6% female representation on the board. All directors received anti-corruption training, and no corruption or product-recall incidents were recorded during the year.

Kingdee’s ESG-aligned supply-chain programme now covers 1,273 tier-1 suppliers, of which 99.69% have signed the CSR Code of Conduct and anti-corruption agreement.

Looking ahead, the group plans to advance digital solutions such as its ESG data platform and low-carbon supply-chain offering, while maintaining its long-term climate commitments and “AI First” strategy.
