CHINA JINMAO (00817) announced that in August 2025, the group achieved contract sales of RMB 9.077 billion with a contracted sales floor area of 410,700 square meters.

For the eight months ended August 31, 2025, the group recorded cumulative contract sales totaling RMB 70.884 billion, representing a year-over-year increase of 25.69%. This figure includes (where applicable) sales from the Changsha Meixihu International New Town project, Nanjing Qinglongshan International Eco New Town project, Ningbo Life Science City project, Jiaxing Shanghai Window Smart Science City project, Zhengzhou Erqi District Mazhai New Town project, Wenzhou Aojiang International New Town project, Jinhua Jinmao Future Science City project, and Shanghai Hengmian Urban Operation project. The cumulative contracted sales floor area reached 3.1814 million square meters.

Additionally, as of August 31, 2025, the group had pre-sold (not yet contracted) properties with a total sales value of RMB 776 million.
