HC Group Inc. (Stock Code: 02280) announced that Mr. Liu Xiaodong will step down as an Executive Director and the President of the company, effective 3 November 2025, due to adjustments in other work arrangements.

According to the announcement, Mr. Liu indicated no disagreement with the Board and confirmed that nothing related to his resignation needs to be drawn to the attention of the company’s security holders. The Board expressed appreciation for his contributions and acknowledged his service to the company.

As of 29 October 2025, the Board consists of Chairman, Executive Director, and Chief Executive Officer Liu Jun; Executive Director Zhang Yonghong; Executive Director and President Liu Xiaodong; Non-executive Directors Guo Fansheng, Lin Dewei, and Xing Jingfeng; and Independent Non-executive Directors Zhang Ke, Zhang Tim Tianwei, and Qi Yan.
