For the month ended 30 April 2026, Emperor International Holdings Limited reported no changes to its authorised or issued share capital, according to its latest monthly return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing on 5 May 2026.

Overall Position • Total issued share capital and treasury shares were unchanged throughout April 2026, underscoring a stable capital base. • The company’s secretary and authorised representative, Fung Pui Ling, affirmed that all regulatory and listing rule requirements continue to be met.
