OKG TECH Issues Profit Warning, Projects FY26 Loss of At Least HK$20.00 Million on Construction Revenue Slump

OKG Technology Holdings Limited (OKG TECH) announced that it expects to report a loss attributable to owners of not less than HK$20.00 million for the financial year ended 31 March 2026, compared with a HK$15.80 million loss in FY25.

Management attributed the widened deficit primarily to lower revenue from the foundation, building construction works and ancillary services segment.

The figures are based on unaudited consolidated management accounts and remain subject to review. OKG TECH plans to release its full FY26 results on 25 June 2026.

The board advised shareholders and potential investors to exercise caution when trading the company’s shares.
