China International Marine Containers (Group) Co., Ltd. (CIMC) announced that its 11th Board of Directors convened the 10th meeting of 2026 on 16 July 2026 via correspondence vote. All nine directors participated, with a unanimous vote in favor of a resolution to deploy part of the 2025 general share-repurchase mandate for an H-share buyback of up to HK$172.67 million.

Under the approved plan, CIMC is authorized to repurchase a portion of its H shares within the HK$172.67 million limit. The Board empowered Chairman Mai Boliang, or his designated representative(s), to determine the repurchase timetable, scale, intermediary appointments, and post-repurchase capital‐registration adjustments.

The resolution aligns with the mandate granted at CIMC’s 2025 annual general meeting. Further transaction specifics will be disclosed in a voluntary announcement titled “Use of General Mandate to Partially Repurchase H Shares in 2026,” published concurrently on the company’s and Hong Kong Stock Exchange websites.

As of the announcement date, CIMC’s Board comprises one executive director, five non-executive directors, and three independent non-executive directors.
