According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange disclosures, on September 11, board chairman Wang Linbing increased his holdings in S HARBOURHOLD (01663) by 7.684 million shares.

The shares were acquired at a price of HK$0.062 per share, bringing the total transaction value to approximately HK$476,400.

Following this purchase, Wang Linbing's latest share count stands at approximately 1.598 billion shares, raising his total shareholding ratio to 64.86%.

This transaction also involved another related party, Chen Xiangling.
