Lee’s Pharmaceutical Holdings Limited (Lee’s Pharm) has published its latest Annual Report, accompanying circular and proxy form on the HKEXnews website and the company’s own homepage as of 24 April 2026. The documents are available in both English and Chinese.

In line with the paperless listing regime that became effective on 31 December 2023, Lee’s Pharm has formally adopted electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications under HKEX Listing Rule 2.07. Shareholders are encouraged to register functional email addresses—either by scanning a personalised QR code on the reply form or by returning the form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services—to ensure timely receipt of publication notifications.

Key implementation details include:

• Scope of electronic communication: directors’ reports, audited annual accounts, interim reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms.

• Default position: If no functional email address is provided, shareholders will not receive electronic notifications and must proactively check the company and HKEXnews websites. Actionable corporate communications will continue to be dispatched in printed form.

• Printed-copy option: A one-year request for hard copies can be made at no cost by emailing leespharm.ecom@computershare.com.hk or writing to the share registrar.

• Contact window: Shareholder queries can be directed to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services during business hours.

The board, chaired by Lee Siu Fong, emphasises that the transition supports environmental objectives while maintaining shareholder access to statutory information.
