KLN Logistics Group Limited announced on 28 April 2026 that four key shareholder documents are now available: (1) the 2025 Annual Report, (2) a circular dated the same day outlining proposals for general mandates to repurchase and issue shares, the re-election of directors and the Notice of Annual General Meeting, (3) the accompanying proxy form, and (4) the 2025 Sustainability Report.

All documents can be accessed in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.kln.com) and on the HKEX news portal (www.hkexnews.hk). Registered shareholders who previously opted for hard copies should find the printed versions enclosed with the notice.

Shareholders may request printed copies, obtain an alternative language version, or change their future communication preferences by completing the Form of Change of Preference and returning it to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, by post or email (636-ecom@vistra.com). The registrar’s hotline, +852 2980 1333, operates Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., excluding Hong Kong public holidays.

KLN reminded shareholders to provide a workable email address; until a valid address is supplied, future communication—including actionable corporate materials—will be sent in printed form. Any preference request will remain effective until 31 May 2027 unless revoked or superseded.
