On August 10, 2026, Kristian Helt sold 250,000 shares of PACIFIC BASIN stock at an average of HKD 3.9133 per share, involving about HKD 978,325.

Prior to the disposal, Kristian Helt's long position in PACIFIC BASIN was 13.18 million shares, representing 0.26%; following the disposal, the holding changed to 12.93 million shares, with the long position ratio falling to 0.25%.
